DOUSH has been delivering turnkey solutions in rubber injection technology since 2008. Today, they are a complete supplier of both presses and tools for both manual and automated production. Their customers include several well-known producers of rubber products in Europe. We at Steelcenter are their partner for Scandinavia.
We assist with sales and project support during the procurement phase and follow the entire process from order to delivery. Procurement of presses and tools is done directly with DOUSH/DASS in China without intermediaries, where the machine is also picked up. All installation and support are carried out from DOUSH's own service center in Europe.
Presses
DOUSH machines are designed to have a life of more than 20 years, operating at high speeds and pressures. The machines have movement speeds of 500 mm/s and an injection volume ranging from 30 ccm to 20,000 ccm. The hydraulic pressures are at 275 bar, and the injection pressure always exceeds 1800 bar. This allows the use of smaller diameter runners while achieving fast injection times, higher temperature increases, and thus faster curing times.
We offer vertical presses with capacities ranging from 50 to 800 tons and horizontal presses with capacities from 100 to 300 tons.
Tools
DOUSH is a company with over 30 years of experience in tool and rubber production. We are proud that more than 50% of our machines are sold as complete projects worldwide. Our expertise ranges from design to actual troubleshooting, making us a reliable partner in the industry.
We have our own tool manufacturing department that handles an extensive database of designs and experience. Our team is dedicated to contributing to tool design, including basic ideas, cavity layout, and mold function. We strive to be involved early in the process to ensure that both the product and production are as efficient as possible.
