Inspection and Control – 10-Year Inspection

Pressure vessel needs regular inspection and maintenance. During a 10-year inspection, the vessels need to be dismantled, examined, and refurbished to be reclassified for a new operational period. For example, regulations according to UN ECE R110 for stationary modules.

How a 10-Year Inspection is Conducted:

  • The vessels are dismantled and blasted.
  • The structure is checked and inspected.
  • Valves are scrapped and replaced with new ones.
  • The vessels are stamped and repainted.
  • Final assembly.
  • New certificates are issued.

We perform ongoing 10-year inspections.
