Inspection and Control – 10-Year Inspection
Pressure vessel needs regular inspection and maintenance. During a 10-year inspection, the vessels need to be dismantled, examined, and refurbished to be reclassified for a new operational period. For example, regulations according to UN ECE R110 for stationary modules.
How a 10-Year Inspection is Conducted:
- The vessels are dismantled and blasted.
- The structure is checked and inspected.
- Valves are scrapped and replaced with new ones.
- The vessels are stamped and repainted.
- Final assembly.
- New certificates are issued.
We perform ongoing 10-year inspections.
